We do not directly provide gas, electrical, plumbing, heating, or other regulated engineering services. All regulated work is carried out by appropriately certified third‑party contractors.
5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Initial booking payments must be made within 15 minutes for same-day bookings or 30 minutes for future bookings failure to do so may result in loss of your appointment.

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking, unless a survey is needed to provide a quotation for works.

We reserve the right to update pricing, service details, or availability; however, changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment terms will be clearly communicated before work is carried out.

Deposits or call‑out fees may apply depending on the service requested.
6. Cancellations, Access & Call-Out Fees
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur an administrative/call‑out fee.

Additional fees may apply if the engineer cannot complete the visit due to reasons outside our control, including:

No access to the property

Incorrect address provided

No electricity, gas, or water supply

Unsafe conditions preventing work
-
Missing or inaccessible appliances, meters, or systems

These terms also apply to third parties providing access on your behalf (e.g., tenants or agents).
7. Appointment Windows
Appointments are allocated in time windows (e.g., AM/PM). Engineers may arrive at any time within the allocated slot.
If rescheduling is necessary, we will notify you as early as reasonably possible.
8. Acceptable Use of Our Website
You agree not to use our website for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:
